Kick starter investment for a local private ambula

Kick starter investment for a local private ambulance service that will be begin providing emergency medical services to the community.

As voluntary care providers with our community policing forum , myself and my partner are often faced with over whelming odds when it comes to the access to medical transportation and rescue services in the area. We often receive calls of motor vehicle accidents, medical complaints and unfortunate loss of life. As proof of these incidents i have created a document containing all emergency medical scenarios that has been received over multiple platforms please contact me if you would like a copy of this document. (ashbnaidoo@gmail.com) We believe by creating an ambulance service into the area we can save twice as many lives in half the time of our current abilities.

Our first object is to obtain the required equipment and vehicles to operate in the area, this should be completed by September 2017, there after we will obtain more vehicles and equipment and employ paramedics with a greater skill set and qualifications.  Once we have become the dominant emergency care provider for the area, we will branch out and begin to add additional services such as areo-medical activities, rough water rescue and disaster management.

Initail funds will be used to:

- Purchace and convert the ambulance to achieve the requirements of the health professionals council of South Africa.

-Purchase medical equipment for the paramedics to conduct proper and reliable medical services to patients.

- Purchase uniforms and medical supplies

- Cover advertising costs t draw attention and create an image of the business.

- Covert a vehicle into a rescue vehilce containing equipment to fight fires, extricating patients from vehicle accidents, to provide scene management and staff safety.

In the operational area that the business expects to operate in, there are 2 other emergency service providers, one of which is a non-profit ambulance service, the other service in recent years has become inadequate and inefficient in providing professional and reliable services to the community.  As active community members we are often called to scenes to provide emergency care for the injured whilst an ambulance is being dispatched, we have noticed an unacceptable response time and on a few occasions no ambulance was immediately available. By us introducing another emergency service provider to the area, we can increase the likelihood of an injured person receiving immediate professional care

The team consists of two active directors which are highly experienced professionals in the health and safety field. They will be assisting the 5 man ambulance crew that will work 3 different shifts. The directors will be fire trained, and be completing multiple other emergency courses to ensure the safety of the public and the employees.

Nelesh Reddy- Former emergency dispatcher at ER 24 and has been a qualified basic ambulance assitant for the last 5 years, he has engaged in multiple community and volunteer efforts to provide emergency medical care  to members of the public. He has also volunteered with the non-profit ambulance service of Saabrie Chisty and has been a great asset.

Ashlin B Naidoo- Currently the director of a South African based tactical and security product supplier. 3 Years of experience in the retail and service industry and current scholar at the independent institute of education studying a Bachelor ofcommerece in strategic business management. Is a current tactical and medical responder for the community policing forum. Application to study fire fighting, vehicle rescue and extrication as well as search and rescue.

More about our Project

In the operational area that the business expects to operate in, there are 2 other emergency service providers, one of which is a non-profit ambulance service, the other service in recent years has become inadequate and inefficient in providing professional and reliable services to the community. As active community members we are often called to scenes to provide emergency care for the injured whilst an ambulance is being dispatched, we have noticed an unacceptable response time and on a few occasions no ambulance was immediately available. By us introducing another emergency service provider to the area, we can increase the likelihood of an injured person receiving immediate professional care.

We can also help you out on

With the limited amount of emergency services in johannesburg and south africa in general. In the event of an accident or medical emergency you would want professional and highly trained personnel to help you, as medics and community member we understand this problem more than anyone else. The aim of our business is to give a fighting chance to those who have been injured.
